We see ourselves as an application-oriented company, aiming to develop thermal management solutions promptly and implement project-specific solutions from problem analysis to mass production.
1. Engineering
At the beginning of each project, the thermal challenges and associated boundary conditions must be defined as the starting point for the entire development process. Once the expected thermal loads and temperatures are determined, the appropriate cooling solution can be selected.
2. Simulation (CFD)
A three-dimensional model setup allows for the visualization of complex heat flows through CFD simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics). Using the Navier-Stokes equations and various parameters, we achieve a detailed representation within a virtual environment. Insights gained from these simulations feed directly into product development and minimize development time. They also offer a detailed view of each component’s functionality, allowing us to proactively address potential issues and prevent damage. Prototyping and testing are almost entirely eliminated. With our expertise and the parallel mathematical characterization of all components, precise validation is possible. This allows us to deliver projects quickly while pushing the boundaries of what is physically possible.
3. Consultation & Coordination
Since we exclusively develop custom solutions, we maintain direct contact with a wide range of industries. Thanks to this experience, we can quickly identify and resolve problem chains. We examine each case from different perspectives and levels, ensuring we provide the best possible solution to our clients.
4. From Raw Material to Product
The path from raw material to end product is extensive. However, we monitor and control every production step, from material manufacturing to packaging. We can design and produce custom Peltier elements, as well as heat sinks in various formats, materials, and manufacturing methods. For this, we leverage our global, continuously expanding network of specialist companies.
5. Prototype Manufacturing
Before a custom component reaches mass production, we provide prototypes or functional models through experimental validation and by maximizing optimization potential. In addition to these “black boxes,” we also offer advisory support throughout development or handle contract development.
6. Mass Production
As a flexible, mid-sized company, we can provide optimal solutions quickly and without time-consuming detours. Our products require a high level of manufacturing depth, allowing us to rely on a network of specialized partners. This enables us to competently manage both individual solutions and mass production.
