The KYT-1000 Feeding machine with RFID or barcode option. This device can dispense and also return cards with the card capture function. This cards will be droped under the device or can be dispensed in the rear of the feeder. Available optinally with an RFID card reader/encoder (KYT-1100) or with a barcode reader 1D/2D (BYT-1000). This model is also prepared for external modules like customers RFID reader or camera.- The KYT-1000 feeding machnine for plastic cards.

Ausschaltvorgänge mit weitaus weniger Ermüdungserscheinungen zu überstehen als
herkömmliche Module. So zeigen Testergebnisse, dass die Lebensdauer solcher Hochleistungs-Peltierelemente
um das mehrere Größenordnungen gesteigert werden kann, was Wartungsintervalle
reduziert und die Betriebssicherheit entscheidend erhöht. Diese Bauteile sind
deutlich robuster gegenüber thermischen und mechanischen Belastungen als sonstige
Standardprodukte und wissen daher speziell in der Industrie und Labortechnik zu
überzeugen.
Optimierte Materialien und Schutzmechanismen
Um zusätzliche Belastungen für die Elemente zu reduzieren,
bieten wir die Peltiers standardmäßig mit Silikonversiegelung gegen Feuchtigkeit
an. Optional ist eine Epoxy-Versieglung für größere mechanische Steifigkeit verfügbar,
ebenso eine kathodische Tauchlackversieglung der einzelnen Halbleiterschenkel
zur weiteren Erhöhung der Lebensdauer gegen chemische Einflüsse. Für den
Einsatz bei höheren Temperaturen können zusätzliche Sperrschichten im Modul aufgebracht
werden, die die Diffusion des Lotes in das Halbleitermaterial unterbinden.
