Aluminium Oxide Al2O3 Thermal Conductive Discs
Our product range includes a wide selection of standard discs for the most common package formats. After the sintering process, our discs are precision-ground to exact dimensions with plane-parallel surfaces, ensuring optimum thermal contact and reliable electrical insulation. Our discs are manufactured from 96% pure aluminium oxide. Other material grades and ceramic materials are available on request.
